JOB SUMMARY:
This position is to support the company’s investment banking and capital markets business. Regular Full-time opportunity

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous Business Analyst Experience
• Full SDLC Experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong background within the capital markets and/or investment banking space
• MUST have strong experience engaging with traders as well as IT to design, develop and deliver solutions specific to this business.
• Will engage with users to capture requirements, create documentation, create use case designs, define and clarify scope, create project plans & dashboards, etc.
• Ability to communicate effectively across different levels within and outside the company.
• Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize based on business requirements.
• Ability to identify problems and propose and implement creative and workable solutions.
• This is a windows and Unix platform so experience working in these areas will be beneficial.
