Responsibilities:

•Develop, manage and improve revenue operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes – including billing and accounts receivable, revenue recognition, commissions accounting

•Manage a staff of 8 direct reports and 17 total employees

•Establish and maintain effective internal controls

•Enhance the utilization of PeopleSoft and other accounting and finance systems

•Ensure that revenue is accounted for in accordance with IFRS and Company policy

•Review and approve all US based revenue contracts

•Review and approve significant or unusual transactions, monthly account reconciliations and journal entries – ensuring proper explanation and documentation

•Provide leadership for continuous process improvement and profitable growth initiatives

•Provide accounting and financial information, analysis, advice

•Support the annual audits and quarterly reviews by the external auditors

•Ensure that financial results are reported correctly in the Peoplesoft system.

•Provide information and needed support for consolidations and external reporting processes.

Requirements:

•BA/BS in Accounting or Finance; CPA in process or awarded

•Minimum 6+ years of accounting experience in company(s) exceeding $100 million in annual sales – including supervisory experience, in-depth accounting knowledge and technical skills

•Prior revenue, financial reporting or IFRS experience highly desirable

•Proven ability to critically evaluate key processes and internal controls and implement improvements

•PeopleSoft or similar accounting software experience

•Proven leadership ability

•Creative self-starter, accustomed to working independently in a fast-paced and demanding business environment.
