<p><strong>Looking for a Sharp Payroll Administrator for Short-Term (3-4+ month) 1099 Contract to Cover a Leave of Absence. </strong></p>
<p><strong>Must be Proficient Using Ultipro Software &amp; ProPay Payroll System &#8211; Location: Itasca IL</strong></p>
<p>Fast growing technology company has an immediate need for a Payroll Administrator to be able to come on board immediately and fill in for a leave of absence. Our client is looking for someone with at least 3-5 years experience to join its Human Resources function in the Itasca, IL office.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">Responsibilities may include the following:</span></strong><br />
• Process payroll to ensure efficient and accurate payment of wages<br />
• Update records and process adjustments and corrections to employee information, new hires, terminations, bonuses, commissions, status changes, tax changes, deductions, rate of pay changes, etc.<br />
• Administer wages garnishments and child support payments<br />
• Handle employment verifications<br />
• Liaise with Accounts Payable and prepare manual checks when needed<br />
• Balance payroll accounts by auditing information; identify and resolve discrepancies<br />
• Generate monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports<br />
• Assist PayPro in the preparation of federal and state payroll tax returns and deposits</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">Requirements:</span></strong><br />
• Three to five years of multi-state payroll administration experience<br />
• Experience with ULTIPRO and PAYPRO REQUIRED<br />
• Must be highly organized and detailed oriented<br />
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel<br />
• Ability to work independently<br />
• Bachelor’s degree preferred<br />

<p>This person will be responsible for managing a team of PhD’s and scientists (5+) that are engaged in developing highly complex algorithms and models as well as creating prototypes in support of several projects collecting data within the R&amp;D group. .Ideally we are looking for a technical manager that can direct and manage a team of PHd’s and scientist and to drive the creation of more advanced algorithms and models to support the business; drive innovation.  This person must be technical enough to know how to engage and manage this pool of talent but must really understand the business drivers, etc.</p>

<li>Experience and good understanding in SOA architecture.</li>
<li>Strong experience in data warehousing, analytic reporting and ETL architecture.</li>
<li>Experience coordinating information requirements of multiple projects, including assessment of usefulness, reliability and cleanliness of data from several sources.</li>
<li>Ability to effectively present complex technical information to non-technical audiences and to senior decision-makers.</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years experience with PostgreSQL and Oracle database 10g or 11g.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Informatica PowerCenter and Pentaho.</li>
<li>Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) is a plus.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Hadoop, HBase, Pig, HIVE, Sqoop.</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of SQL.  Knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL and XQuery is a plus.</li>

<p>Responsibilities:</p>

<li>Collaborate with business analysts, business owners, users, architects, and DBA’s to ensure the creation of production-quality designs and implementations.</li>
<li>Manage multiple tasks and changing business requirements.</li>
<li>Enforce standards, design styles and best practices.</li>
<li>Perform full Data Warehouse life-cycle systems development.</li>
<li>Design BI strategies and solutions using OBIEE.</li>
<li>Manage unit, system and integration testing for accuracy and performance.</li>
<li>Develop and generate standard and ad hoc reporting capabilities from new and existing data sources in a Data Warehouse environment.</li>

<p>Requirements:</p>

<li>BS in Information Systems or equivalent</li>
<li>2 -5 years experience developing BI solutions</li>
<li>4+ Years Experience OBIEE of expertise in all aspects of OBIEE and/or Siebel Analytics Applications including analysis, design, development, configuration, Customization, validation and deployment</li>
<li>Extensive Design and Development experience using the Metadata Repository (RPD)</li>
<li>Complete working knowledge of OBIEE user, object and data security</li>
<li>Knowledge on OBIEE Aggregation awareness, caching capabilities and OBIEE Delivers</li>
<li>Ability to convert functional requirements to high level and low level design documents</li>
<li>Strong Knowledge on Dimensional Data Modeling concepts</li>
