<li>Hands-on engineering skills &#8211; interest and ability to roll up sleeves and work along with other key architects and engineers in building some components of our leading edge data systems.</li>
<li>Broad understanding of multiple technologies &#8211; These include NOSQL (Hadoop, Cassandra, HBase), DBMS (Oracle, Netezza, MySQL, SQL Server, Hyperion Essbase), ETL (Informatica, Ascential, Ab Initio), Reporting (Business Objects), OLAP (Hyperion, SSAS), performance tuning for high-end hardware and storage (HP, Sun, data warehouse appliances), OS (Solaris, HP-UX, Windows, Linux). Experience dealing with 100TB+ data sets.</li>
<li>At least 5 years of data modeling experience and two or more implementations of data warehouse projects with raw data volume greater than 10 TB.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Application Server technologies to enable data services in support of products.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of cloud based DevOps oriented SCM techniques including continuous build, continuous integration, continuous delivery.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to travel up to 10%</li>
<li>B.S./B.A. degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Computer Engineering, or other technical fields. Higher level degree is strongly preferred.</li>

<h2>Required Skills</h2>

<li>Install and configure PeopleSoft Financials and HR software in a Windows Server Platform.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot processes uses by the PeopleSoft systems</li>
<li>Monitor the performance and report on these monthly or as required</li>
<li>Design &amp; implement test and development environment</li>
<li>Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.</li>

<h2>Required Experience</h2>
<ul>
<li>6+ years experience with PeopleSoft Administration. Must be proficient in the following areas: PeopleSoft PeopleTools and Application Installations, PeopleTools and Application Upgrades, Integration Broker, Environment Creation, Database Refreshes, Change Management, Migration of Objects, Performance Tuning , STAT administration and Production Support.</li>
<li>Must have at least 4 years of experience with PeopleSoft Migrations</li>
<li>Must have at least 4 years of experience with PeopleTools 8.x/9.x Administration</li>
<li>Must have a working knowledge of PeopleSoft Architecture (Application, Web Server, Process Scheduler)</li>
<li>Must have at least 4 years of experience working in windows 2003/2008 R2.</li>
<li>Must have experience migrating PeopleSoft objects from one environment to another.</li>
<li>Must have at least 4 years’ experience in SQL server 2005/2008.</li>
<li>Experience in STAT 5.6 administration.</li>
<li>Bachelors Degree preferred</li>

<p>We are looking for candidates that have solid corporate HR experience with a world-class company. HR leadership for these business units includes advising and consulting on all areas of HR. This HR Director will be a &#8220;Generalist&#8221; that collaborates with business leadership, designs and executes strategic, long range, operational and developmental goals, and will engage in projects for the business and for HR. These HR leaders will be able to influence through data and analytics while having a highly collaborative approach.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li>Act as a  strategic business partner to senior management, consulting on all areas  of HR and related issues.</li>

<li>Maintain several Oracle development databases.</li>
<li>Design and develop data warehouse components for a large (several terabyte, over 500 million rows collected daily) data warehouse.</li>
<li>Develop SQL reports.</li>
<li>Develop scripts using Perl, Python, and Java.</li>
<li>Work with application developers to define database requirements.</li>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>

<li>2+ years experience with Perl.</li>
<li>Experience with PHP and SAS preferred.</li>
<li>Understanding of Oracle internal structures and DBA functionality.</li>
<li>Import, Export, DataPump, and SQL*Loader experience.</li>
<li>Proficient oral and written communication skills</li>
