<p>This role is for a large global technology company and will be a critical part of the compensation department, HR team, Sales and Field Operations organization.</p>
<p>MUST have experience with BOTH sales incentive and rewards compensation as well as Executive compensation plans</p>
<h2>Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:</h2>
<ul>
<li>8+ years of broad-based compensation experience and incentive design experience with a large global Fortune 500, technology / Communications Company is required.</li>
<li>Consulting firm experience and/or experience in finance is a plus</li>
<li>Experience supporting and consulting with clients to address compensation issues</li>
<li>Expertise in sales incentive design and services incentive design, including knowledge of plan design, accounting and financial implications, and governance procedures</li>
<li>Undergraduate degree required, MBA highly desirable</li>
<li>Strong consulting skills are required</li>
<li>Strong executive presence and presentation skills are required</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of current market practices and trends in sales compensation and technology / communications industry</li>
<li>Hands-on experience designing and implementing incentive compensation programs</li>
</ul>

<li>Serve as the rewards consultant to the Sales and Field Operations</li>
<li>Market pricing, job leveling, managing FLSA case management, and rewards recommendations for new hires, promotions, demotions, separations, retention, and recognition</li>
<li>Support, consult, and provide analysis to clients during rewards planning process</li>
<li>Support the strategy and execution of incentive compensation design and guideline development. Monitor effectiveness of incentive programs through benchmarking, modeling, and analysis of the linkage between pay and performance</li>
<li>Contribute to compensation survey participation</li>
<li>Support mergers and acquisitions, as necessary</li>
<li>Work closely with HR and business clients, regional rewards, other rewards consultants, legal counsel, and finance, to ensure rewards programs and recommendations are effective and compliant</li>
<li>Serve as an incentive plan design expert</li>
<li>Be a member of the core sales incentive team and lead design work by analyzing key business issues and market trends to develop global sales incentive plan design recommendations that are aligned with critical business objectives.</li>
<li>Support sales incentive plan implementation (e.g. plan documents, communications, and change management)</li>
<li>Be a member of the core services incentive team and lead design work by analyzing key business issues and market trends to develop global services incentive plan design recommendations that are aligned with critical business objectives</li>
<li>Partner with Executive Rewards on annual incentive plan design, as needed</li>
<li>Partner with HR, sales operation, services organization, legal counsel, and finance, to ensure incentive plans and recommendations are effective and compliant</li>

<p>Our client is looking for a team (4) of HR Consulting/Business Partners to help support the organization, each supporting diferent internal clients.  This is a highly strategic HR leadership role.</p>
<p>We are looking for candidates that have solid corporate HR experience with a world-class company. HR leadership for these business units includes advising and consulting on all areas of HR. This HR Director will be a &#8220;Generalist&#8221; that collaborates with business leadership, designs and executes strategic, long range, operational and developmental goals, and will engage in projects for the business and for HR. These HR leaders will be able to influence through data and analytics while having a highly collaborative approach.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as a  strategic business partner to senior management, consulting on all areas  of HR and related issues.</li>
<li>Develop HR strategic plans and budgets and establish strategic and long-term HR direction for the functional area. Ensures execution of plans.</li>
<li>Oversee HR operations for a business area.</li>
<li>Assist others in resolving high visibility HR issues and problems.</li>
<li>Identify,  recommend, develop and implement programs or processes to address business needs.</li>
<li>Engage regularly in project teams and may lead projects or assignments within their business unit and within HR.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external business partners.  Demonstrate strong coaching skills.</li>
<li>Stay up to date on trends and developments within HR and the functional area within the organization you are supporting.</li>
<li>High analytical capability. Comfortable driving and influencing decision making utilizing data.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with professional certifications preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum  of eight years related work experience with demonstrated proficiency in all generalist capacities including employee relations, recruiting,  compensation administration, organizational design and development and established depth in talent management processes and practices</li>
