This position is a key leadership within the IT organization and the incumbent is expected to partner with business leaders across all business units, marketing and finance and create and execute a vision that helps us become a good example of an analytically driven company that makes decisions based on facts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the EDW team – 5 onshore employees and 7 offshore contractors
  • Understand what metrics are important to our business
  • Understand business needs and create a data architecture / model vision
  • Partner with the business and provide clear visibility to the team in terms of project priorities
  • Execute and deliver on projects – dates, business benefits, costs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other equivalent or related field. Advanced degree and/or certifications preferred
  • 8-10 years of experience in IT with emphasis in EDW
  • Practical knowledge of EDW, specifically Business Objects
  • Experience in resource (people and capital) management, capacity planning, organizing and planning projects.
