<p>The Director, Sales Strategy &amp; Operations (SS&amp;O) leads the global sales operations activities for all Sales units. The incumbent will lead a team of industry focused Sales Operations Resources and team closely with the senior leadership teams across<br />
the enterprise. The incumbent will also interface and develop relationships with mid and senior-level management at key customers as required. The incumbent must be extraordinarily self-directed, organized, independent and results-focused; have an outstanding track record of leading cross-divisional teams; establish a strong network of relationships across the company; possess strong analytical and problem solving skills; and be obsessed with driving new revenue, improving customer satisfaction and strengthening “trusted advisor” customer relationships.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><strong></strong></p>
<p>Develop standardized tools that improve the effectiveness of the sales team with customers while also improves communication and increases productivity.</p>
<p>Help formulate impactful sales strategies that allow organization to retain current market share and drive growth.· Engage with marketing resources to execute the Customer Satisfaction Survey; coordinate and monitor all action planning for the Sales<br />
division.</p>
<p>Help formulate divisional initiatives during the EP/STP process and implement effective and simple tracking and communication methods to ensure all divisional initiatives are on-track and produce the desired results.  Identify issues and recommend corrective measures when appropriate.</p>
<p>Team with the SVP Sales/BD and Finance to develop and publish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the division; in conjunction with Finance analyze revenue and forecasting trends; implement easy-to-understand dashboards; determine proper measures to track productivity gains; track fairness and effectiveness of sales commission plans.</p>
<p><em>Engage w</em>ith Customer Marketing and the Sales VPs to consolidate information across sales groups and prepare concise,<br />
consistent, and impactful reports and presentations that are used internally and externally with customers and at industry events</p>

<p>Function as the primary representative for Sales on internal committees and serve as the back-up for the SVP Sales/BD on additional committees as required.</p>
<p>Lead programs as requested by the SVP Sales/BD to respond to changing market conditions that enable Sales to capitalize on new opportunities, quickly resolve issues and neutralize competitive threats.</p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<p>Bachelor’s degree·</p>
<p>10+ years experience in Sales,<br />
Marketing, Business Development, Product Management, Strategy, IT or related field</p>
<p>Demonstrated effective leader</p>
<p>Leadership experience successfully leading, managing and motivating a team</p>
<p>Strong analytical and communication skills</p>
<p>Experience at establishing and executing strategic plans to achieve business goals</p>
<p>Extraordinarily self-directed, organized and results focused with a high sense of urgency</p>
<p>E<em>xpertise</em><br />
in MS PowerPoint and strong proficiency with MS Excel</p>
<p>Advance degree (e.g., .MBA) preferred</p>
