Responsibilities:

Manage incidents, outages and systems

• Provide support for all trading systems – triage problems, restore service, incident tracking, root cause analysis, etc.

Expand and administer a Patrol roll-out.  Manage configuration level changes at the patrol/Pnet level.

Apply BMC Patrol or BMC ProactiveNet or BMC BPPM experience. Participate in the deployment of a new BMC monitoring infrastructure. Devise custom scripts for distribution to remote data centers (no travel) for business critical infrastructure and application monitoring.
