<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>BS degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.</li>
<li>5+ years of relevant working experience.</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge of Informatica administration and support.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Oracle/AquaLogic Service Bus and WebLogic a plus.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Hadoop a plus.</li>
<li>Proficient in UNIX, Linux, Windows operating systems.</li>
<li>Proficient in programming and/or shell scripting (e.g. Java, perl, ksh, ant)</li>

<li>Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure server and datacenter capacity meets existing and future requirements.</li>

<h2>Overall duties:</h2>

<p>An integral leader within the Program Management Office (PMO) team, the Manager Global Operations Planning will be responsible for developing and implementing a centralized, consistent, coordinated ability to manage global operations resources. The candidate will need to build and execute a comprehensive strategy for global operations capacity and demand management. The candidate will be responsible for Global Capacity and Demand consolidation. This role reports to the Director of Program Management Office, The candidate will build alignment and capabilities around global planning and process efficiencies working with key stakeholders as well as senior management, product management, operations, software development, Finance, Human Resources, and other organizations.</p>
<h2>Responsibilities:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Lead developing and implementing a centralized, consistent, coordinated ability to manage resources spread across the operations regions, multiple production facilities and outsourced resources.</li>
<li>Lead developing a comprehensive strategy for global operations capacity and demand management.</li>
<li>Provide high level global operations view and transparency of Capacity and Demand, systematic issues and action plan to resolve.</li>
<li>Provide predictive analysis of issues, drive to create a predictable operating environment to support risk mitigation.</li>
<li>Provide a framework and standards to create consistency of planning of capacity and demand across groups.</li>
<li>Provide assistance to regional and production planning groups for scenario analysis, work through issues across groups. Drive operations issues between groups to resolution.</li>
<li>Lead developing relevant global capacity and planning information, metrics and reporting</li>
<li>Lead developing, implementing and managing a prioritized plan for improvements and best practices for regional and global planning process, tools, metrics and reporting.</li>
<li>Lead and manage coordination and support for regional planning and scheduling groups / teams.</li>
<li>Lead and manage communication effort to provide transparency of upfront of impacts to plan, dependencies and forecasts of risk from upstream activities to improve planning for the operations planning groups.</li>
<li>Lead and manage effort to provide long range operational forecasting &amp; planning and support for forward planning &amp; forecasting, project mix scenario analysis / value maximizing / optimization.</li>
<li>Provide analysis and escalation of key scalability and cost issues based on metrics and forecasts for expansion, highlight non-mature areas.</li>
</ul>
<h2> Skills Requirements:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Undergraduate degree required, preferred disciplines (Business, Engineering), with a strong preference for an advanced degree.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree required, preferred disciplines; Geography, Computer Science, Engineering</li>
<li>10+ yrs. previous related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.</li>
<li>5+ yrs experience in operations management with short/long range planning and complex data models with proven ability to access and manage complex global scenarios.</li>
<li>Advanced experience in Master Scheduling or Production Planning in a global multi-plant environment desired. Experience in Lean/Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodology experience.</li>
<li>Mastery of logistics and basic planning components such as demand management, capacity requirements planning, forecasting, operations planning, master scheduling, material requirements planning, performance measurements, and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Prior experience in Digital Management Operations strongly desired, specific experience in a planning function preferred.</li>
<li>Solid business acumen in decision making and demonstrated experience working with senior leadership to form creative solutions and effectively implement.</li>
<li>Proven track record of leading cross-functional business leadership at executive and operational line management levels to achieve challenging objectives across various organizations. Experience in a multi-cultural environment desired.</li>
<li>Advanced analytical data modeling, solver, pivot tables and ability to evaluate multiple alternatives to yield the best decision (Regression Analysis, Statistical Analysis).</li>
<li>Advanced level experience in global management of operations resources, capacity and demand.</li>
<li>Advanced time management, verbal and written communication, presentation, problem solving, decision making, and organization skills.</li>
<li>Proven ability to develop and implement global strategy.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively and communicate with all levels including Sr. Management.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>

In addition, the position will be responsible for the team supporting all performance and load testing of internal and external service applications. Candidates with profound understanding and hands-on experience in building frameworks and applications that support automated management, execution, and reporting of software testing will be considered as ideal. The responsibilities will be highly technical, while providing leadership for the development team. The Manager of Engineering should be comfortable interacting with Architects and Management across levels and functional areas. The position requires: technical skills, leadership, attention to detail, adaptability, excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, great organization skills and self-motivation and commitment.</p>
<h2>Responsibilities:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with, and lead software engineers to develop and support integrated test frameworks, including driving requirements, prioritizing, and assigning work.</li>
<li>Make resourcing decisions for work based on priorities, team abilities, demands, and needs.</li>
<li>Communicate status of development activities across all needed organizational levels.</li>
<li>Continually drive enhancements to standard operating procedures and tools to improve efficiency, remove roadblocks, increase quality of output, and adapting it to scale.</li>
<li>Work closely with Stakeholders at all levels on requirements definition and analysis and project planning tasks</li>
<li>Understand and drive the vision of automated testing throughout the test organization. Be an advocate for automation throughout all activities.</li>
<li>Management responsibilities for engineering staff including day to day resource and performance management, training and development. Staff will include both on-site and off-shore.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.</li>
<li>Masters degree is a plus</li>
<li>10+ years of Engineering experience, with increasing responsibilities</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Java, SQL, and scripting languages.</li>
<li>Familiarity with test automation and automation frameworks is a plus.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Linux (RedHat), Unix (Solaris), and Windows.</li>
<li>Familiarity with SOAP, REST, BPEL, WSDL and WS-* standards.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Oracle 10/11, and PostGres databases.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Apache projects, and open source servlet containers such as JBoss and Tomcat.</li>
<li>Test knowledge and experience in automation is a plus</li>
<li>Experience in software performance engineering and testing is a plus</li>
<li>Experience with agile methodology a plus</li>
<li>Experience with standard Development process tools: IDE’s, compilers, version control systems, and defect tracking tools.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and UML modeling tools.</li>
