CRM Business Solutions Consultant

Job Summary:

Currently seeking a CRM Business Solutions Consultant for an industry leader in the Chicagoland area.  This role would be ideal for candidates interested in direct marketing, database marketing, or analytic marketing.

Opportunity Duties:

• Integral team member working on direct marketing, database marketing, and/or analytic marketing capabilities and campaigns
• Strategize with Account Managers to understand campaign requirements and marketing strategy
• Build marketing campaigns using next generation tools and CRM tools
• Identify prospective for marketing and other campaigns
• Other tasks may include automated trigger campaign maintenance, test/control methodology, and define/build complex queries

 Required Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of market campaigns/programs 
• Experience with Campaign Management Software; Unica Affinium is desired 
• Ability to communicate with Account Managers and other business users 
• 3 – 5 years of marketing or financial analysis experience with strong analytical skills 
• Ability to write and/or understand SQL statements with a campaign management solution application such as Unica Affinium (preferred)
• Email marketing experience is desired
• MS Office with strong Access and Excel experience is desired

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Marketing
