The ESB is a key architectural component that connects the various software components together into a cohesive and seamless product offering from a customer perspective.</p>
<h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Work with application providers to define integration points. This includes service boundary definition, service lifecycle and usage, specific integration specifications for that service – down to WSDL and implemented services.</li>
<li>Implement all necessary third party B2B connectivity between systems (e.g. AAA, asset management, product catalog, billing platform)</li>
<li>Participate in architectural and design sessions to ensure the intent and integrity of the ESB architecture is maintained as it is extended and enhanced with changes to and additional integrations. Ensure that business rules and workflows are implemented appropriately within the Tibco architecture and that integrations meet with the original guiding principles of the architecture.</li>
<li>The ideal candidate has experience not just as a developer (mostly data mapping and possibly installing and configuring COTS adapters (Commercial Packages like Siebel, Remedy, etc.), but also has experience installing and configuring the TIBCO product itself from an operational perspective (design of the clustering solution, name space design, operational linkages to a network / operations management / monitoring system, etc..)</li>
<li>Basic understanding of Tibco with regard to high availability / clustering / load balancing and an ability to maintain and troubleshoot an existing implementation of the above environment in development, test and production environments.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifications:</h2>
<ul>
<li>This is a ‘hands-on’ development role.</li>
<li>3+ years’ recent hands-on technical experience including a minimum of 2 years experience with Tibco BusinessWorks 5.x version.  *** This is a must have!****</li>

<p><strong>Technical Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong data &amp; application integration-related technical analytic skills</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of SOA and web services implementations</li>
<li>Advanced skills in relational database concepts and SQL based information extraction</li>
<li>Good understanding of ETL &amp; EAI-dependant technologies, including: JVM memory and thread management models, MS Windows, UNIX, Oracle, SQL Server, AS400/DB2, JDBC, Unix shell scripts, and enterprise network and messaging systems</li>

<li>10+ years of broad systems experience including 3+ years of leadership.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years experience serving as chief architect and administrator for a global ETL platform deployment (IBM DataStage v8.x preferred), to include: project set-up, security, software installations, configuration updates and troubleshooting environment</li>
<li>Hands-on experience analyzing ETL environments for capacity and performance related issues, and taking steps necessary to resolve</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years ETL development team/project experience</li>
<li>Hands-on experience providing architecture guidance and support and a global EAI platform deployment – IBM WebSphere EAI tools preferred (WESB, WTX, WPG, WBM, WSRR)</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years EAI development team/project experience</li>
<li>Broad / full life cycle application development experience</li>
<li>Multi-server installation and load balancer experience preferred</li>
<li>Experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering and Designing Integration Frameworks</li>
<li>Project Management experience with PMP Certification a plus</li>

<h2>Technology Director – Operations</h2>
<h2>RESPONSIBILITIES</h2>
<ul>
<li>Manage all aspects of the firm’s computer operations area</li>
<li>Work closely with managed services provider to ensure the highest quality service.</li>
<li>Manage all delivery metrics for managed services partner.</li>
<li>Manage internal team of architects and technologists to design, build and support technology in a highly-available environment.</li>
<li>Implement monitoring controls and build relationship with managed services Network Operation Center.</li>
<li>Define and manage the IT Operations department including staffing structure, operations and network functions to achieve business objectives.</li>

<h2>MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES</h2>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrate leadership by regularly summarizing performance results with staff in support of our Performance Management System.</li>
<li>Demonstrate positive self-confidence and business maturity in professional relationships.</li>
<li>Regularly meet with staff, document status of assignments, discuss priorities and communicate issues and needs to direct-report manager and direct report staff or others as appropriate.</li>
<li>Monitor, evaluate, and take action to attain the firm’s planned results.</li>
<li>Manage personnel activities of direct report staff.</li>
<li>Develop and grow team to align with business needs.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Experience:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in a Technology related field required. Master’s degree or related experience preferred.</li>
<li>Fifteen 15 years experience managing an IT focused initiatives with substantial Operations experience.</li>
<li>Ten years experience managing IT staff.</li>
<li>Experience working in a managed services environment.</li>
<li>Experience with high volume online transaction environment.</li>
<li>Previous experience designing and implementing HA solutions including mirroring, clustering, and SANs.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Desired Skills/Experience:</h2>

<li>Strong technical skills including current Microsoft Server OS, SQL, Active Directory, VMware, and/or Exchange.</li>

<p>•The Financial Systems Analyst will be a Corporate Finance team member reporting to the Financial Systems Manager, focused on improving financial planning processes and tools.</p>
<p>•Assist Financial Systems Manager with design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of Hyperion Planning and Essbase system.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<p>•Creating and maintaining applications, data entry forms, reports, task lists, workflow, security, Essbase cubes, hierarchies, scripts, calculations, business rules, and batch processes</p>
<p>•Own metadata update processes, change control processes and other systems processes</p>
<p>•Create and update system process documentation</p>
<p>•Write test case scenarios and perform testing</p>
<p>•Provide user support, issue tracking and occasional training for Finance system users domestically and internationally</p>
