* Review code written by onshore and offshore team
* Track project tasks, provide status and ensure tasks completed on schedule
* Troubleshoot defects and code resolutions
* Maintain robust build process and produce detailed release notes
* Assist infrastructure team in configuration of web and application servers
* Provide guidance and mentoring to other members of the team
* Contribute to process improvements, including researching and introducing new development tools

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education:

* BS Computer Science or equivalent

Experience:
At least six years experience with software development, and four years with web development. Expertise MUST INCLUDE:

* Java
* JBoss, Apache, Tomcat
* HTML, CSS, Javascript
* Eclipse
* Subversion
* Maven
* Spring
* Content Management Systems (prefer Fatwire, but experience with WordPress, Joomla, Drupal ok also)
