Senior Storage Engineer (NAS)

The candidate will be a member of the storage team with the primary responsibility of supporting our global NAS infrastructure. The primary role will be maintaining the health and uptime of the environment while working with the team to provide engineering input to continually improve the infrastructure. The candidate must possess the ability to work with end users and others to gather requirements, offer solutions and troubleshoot issues.

The candidate must have strong knowledge in the following areas:

Characteristics of storage, EMC Celerra, Differences between NAS ven6dor solutions, Storage tiering, Archiving, NFS, CIFS, Windows file security,  Troubleshooting from the client side and Scripting

The candidate must possess a good working knowledge of:

Active Directory, Networking, LDAP, NIS, Linux,Windows, Backup (NDMP), and SAN based storage
