QA Tester (Contractor)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Test Engineer is responsible for the following:
- Play an active role in an agile team while writing and executing automated and manual tests
- Report significant defects to the team and test defects fixes
- Analyze test results and analyze defects prior to escalating to the development team for resolution
- Work closely with the development team to develop automated and manual testing strategies
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in a quality assurance team environment
- Understanding of Agile Methodology and other software development methodologies
- Software Development background is desirable
- Selenium Experience is REQUIRED!!
- Experience with test automation frameworks
- Experience testing 3D applications is a plus
- Experience in creating and maintaining automation tests
- Must not need supervision; should be a self-starter
- Must possess a willingness and aptitude to embrace new ideas and master concepts rapidly
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
