When I decided to get into professional staffing, I spent 2 months extensively researching all the technical and executive staffing firms in Chicago. Coming from IT, I had a few unpleasant experiences with recruiters, not unlike some of you. I was looking for a firm that had a proven track record, many big-time clients, plenty of jobs, and most importantly, integrity and class.

HTA made my very short “A” list of firms for which I wanted to work. Apparently, my research paid off. Since I came on board, they are everything I was looking for.
