  • All of our candidates are screened for applicability prior to submitting to our client and thoroughly prepared prior to an interview.  Compatibilities evaluated include experience, compensation, career desires, availabilities, etc.
  • Candidates are thoroughly debriefed after the interview to assess interest, answer questions and provide feedback to the client.
