Sr. Business Affairs Analyst – Chicago
Location: Chicago IL
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in setting overall pricing/quotation policy and procedures across all Media Solutions products and services globally.
- Create and maintain process documentation (flowcharts) and guidelines for all quotations. This will also include creating documents such as RFQ forms, Pricing Summary sheets and quotation forms
- Create detailed, flexible models in Excel to review deal scenarios during development of future pricing strategy and during negotiations. Provide modeling of costs and pricing scenarios. Assist in the development of account specific pricing presentations.
- Projects will include proactive review of current models and recommendations on pricing model changes
- Development of pricing for new products and services to support business units
- Support the development & implementation of new pricing for new business models (e.g., Advertising affiliation and insertion orders.)
- Develop & communicate pricing, terms and conditions on an account specific basis in conjunction with Customer Marketing.
- This position is heavily involved with Legal, Customer Marketing, Fulfillment, and Product Management and Sales.
Requirements/ Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business; possibly marketing with pricing experience
- MBA preferred
- Minimum of 4 years experience in finance, mobile advertising business and/or pricing in a corporate setting; experience in advertising preferred
- Strong Excel modeling required
- Strong Diplomacy and Communication skills
- Experience in MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Tolerance for a high level of ambiguity and ability to think creatively in time constrained situations
- Previous pricing or marketing support experience strongly recommended
