Our team works from initial site evaluation and design development through coordinated construction documents, permitting, and construction administration. Architecture and engineering develop together so issues are identified early and each project is practical, buildable, and responsive to its setting.

OPEN POSITION
Architectural / Engineering Designer – Commercial Projects
We are looking for a technically grounded designer to develop commercial construction documents, coordinate architectural and MEP information, and support projects from initial survey through permitting and construction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare design, permit, and construction drawing sets
- Coordinate architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing information
- Support site surveys, code review, agency submissions, and construction administration
- Adapt restaurant, retail, and franchise standards to specific sites
Qualifications
- Professional degree or relevant experience in architecture or engineering
- Strong AutoCAD skills; Revit experience is a plus
- Commercial, restaurant, retail, or franchise experience is preferred
- Clear communication, organization, and attention to detail
